A 5 bedroom Simplex Apartment overlooking the open views across the Arabian Gulf, the design objective was to elevate the Interior base finishes by adding warmth and elegance to create a timeless & cohesive design through architectural interventions, architectural lighting, wall treatments, custom joinery & soft furnishings.

The spaces were divided up inherently by integrating the existing column to become a part of an architectural element, the fireplace acting as a  divider between a hosting space and a more private living space, with a carefully curated opening to keep the visual connection to the uninterrupted Ocean view.

A sophisticated material palette & furniture were selected to allow the family to relax and feel comfortable within their home, keeping the emphasis on the exterior views. A sculptural feature over the dining table transforms throughout the day through carefully curated light positions to create ambience and a dynamic use of light & reflection.

Each bedroom has been personalised to the needs of the specific user through custom joinery and a carefully selected variety of travertines for each ensuite.
